BSE updates IBC surveillance list with new additions and removals effective June 22
Securities entering and exiting the ASM-IBC framework; price bands adjusted accordingly.
What changed
- BSE updated the list of securities under IBC surveillance framework.
- New additions placed under ASM from June 22; removals get price bands reinstated.
- Consolidated list provided in Annexure III.
The read
BSE has refreshed its surveillance list for companies under insolvency proceedings. The update, effective June 22, 2026, adds new names (Annexure I) to the Additional Surveillance Measure framework while allowing others (Annexure II) to exit. The exchange is careful to note that inclusion is a surveillance tool, not an adverse action. For investors, the practical impact is price band tightening on new entrants and normalisation on those removed. Routine list maintenance, no drama.
