A solid quarter with strong execution, but CDMO ramp-up and agro recovery are critical for sustained 20% EBITDA growth.

Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd 26 May 2026

What management said

  • Q4 revenue at ₹1,179 crore, up 12% YoY, highest in 14 quarters.
  • Management expects sequential growth from Q1 FY27 across segments.
  • CDMO pipeline includes 100+ opportunities worth ₹3,500 crore potential.
  • Specialty chemicals EBITDA margin at 27% for six consecutive quarters.
  • Acquired Remedex to strengthen human nutrition premix portfolio.

The brief

Revenue hit ₹1,179 crore. Up 12% year on year. That was the best quarter in 14. EBITDA rose 11% to ₹172 crore, while PAT grew 17% to ₹86 crore, reflecting strong execution despite Middle East disruptions that firmed up input costs. Specialty chemicals revenue reached a record ₹516 crore. EBITDA margins held at 27% for six consecutive quarters. Nutrition revenue climbed 21% to ₹230 crore, driven by volume recovery in niacinamide and choline, with the addition of Remedex for human nutrition. The CDMO pipeline now has 100-plus opportunities worth ₹3,500 crore. A large agro contract started shipping in March. Management expects sequential growth from Q1 FY27 and reiterated its target of at least 20% EBITDA growth, with capex guided at ₹400-500 crore for the year. The quarter shows improving fundamentals. Delivery on CDMO contracts and agro recovery will determine if the acceleration is sustainable.
