CEO Ashish Rai blamed the Middle East geopolitical conflict and a delayed hyperscaler data center win for the shortfall, citing also a one-time labour code impact. The order book stands at INR1,800 crores. About 70% of that is convertible over the next year. The company is now aggressively investing in an AI-native banking stack and data centre capabilities, expecting transient balance sheet pressure. "We can do better and we will," Rai said, vowing to address vulnerabilities exposed by the rapid growth that has quadrupled the business in five years.
