Adroit Infotech’s profit surges five-fold to ₹3.30 cr on subsidiary gains

Adroit Infotech’s FY26 results reveal a sharp divergence between its consolidated performance and the health of its standalone operations. Consolidated revenue hit ₹48.66 crore, marking a 53% rise, while net profit grew five-fold to ₹3.30 crore. This gain is tied to the international segment, where revenue more than doubled to ₹28.51 crore, led by the performance of subsidiary Verso Altima India. In contrast, the standalone business struggled, flipping from a modest ₹0.06 crore profit to a ₹0.74 crore net loss. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion, providing a clean look at the financials. For investors, the takeaway is clear. Adroit is now a holding vehicle for its international subsidiary’s success. That subsidiary carries the entire consolidated result, leaving the core standalone business as a drag on the firm’s total profitability.
