Mrs. Darshana Santoshi leaves the nano-cap firm at the end of May, citing personal reasons. The board approved audited results for FY26.

What’s new

CFO Darshana Santoshi resigns, effective end of business May 30, 2026.

Board approved audited financial results for FY26, standalone and consolidated, with unmodified audit opinions.

Scrutinizer Pankaj Kumar Gupta appointed for the 34th Annual General Meeting.

Why it matters

For a nano-cap firm, the loss of its CFO is a notable management shake-up, even on personal grounds. It raises questions about financial oversight during a transition. The clean audit opinion, however, suggests no immediate accounting issues.

What we’re watching

Who replaces Santoshi and how quickly.

The actual FY26 numbers once the full results are filed.

Any further leadership changes at the small-cap firm.

The full read

Titan Securities' CFO, Mrs. Darshana Santoshi, is out at the end of May. The nano-cap financial services firm said she resigned for personal reasons. The board approved audited FY26 results the same day, which carried unmodified opinions from Goyal Nagpal & Co. on both a standalone and consolidated basis. The results include the firm's share of profits from associates Titan Biotech and Peptech Biosciences. Separately, the board named Pankaj Kumar Gupta as scrutinizer for the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting. For a firm this small, a CFO departure is a real event. The clean audit opinion is a counterpoint, but the open question is who fills the seat and how smoothly the transition goes.
