The platform differentiates Ipca's biosimilar pipeline by enabling high-concentration subcutaneous injections, an advantage over intravenous infusions. But the filing omits all financial terms: no upfront fee, no milestones, no royalty rate. Without that, the deal's materiality to a ₹40,364 cr market-cap company remains unclear.
